Long established, the vintage and classic car division holds regular events in a dedicated area within the auction rooms. Simon Charles has built substantial experience in marketing and holding these auctions over the years, supporting them with a range of associated services to maximise awareness and the auction value of the vehicle. The classic car and vintage motor auction is in the middle, being focused on cars and motorbikes with collectors in mind.

The classic vehicle auction is held every two months with up to 150 cars and motorbikes, plus between 300 and 500 automobilia lots. Automobilia encompasses every aspect of transport related memorabilia including literature, mascots, artwork, luggage, engine spares, lamps, bicycles, motor racing memorabilia. The classic car auction is gaining momentum (no pun intended) with buyers and sellers from all over the world, and this community is informed using a variety of marketing tools, including colour catalogues, national mailings, telephone and email announcements.
