1953 KURTIS KRAFT MIDGET RACER

Chassis No. 36652 - Presented here is one of the highly desirable and legendary Kurtis Kraft Midget race cars. Fresh from long term storage, the race car features an Alfa Romeo four-cylinder engine, “in and out” transmission, straight tubular front axle with transverse leaf spring, Casale “quick change” rear end assembly with open tube rear axle and parallel torsion bar suspension. This Midget makes an excellent restoration prospect as it lacks carburetor assembly and other external motor components.
