VALTTERI BOTTAS, 2ND - MERCEDES REP - LEWIS HAMILTON, 1ST - DANIEL RICCIARDO, 3RD
Nico Rosberg led for the first half of the race and then started having car trouble causing him to drop back in the field. His teammate, Lewis Hamilton, was there to pounce on the opportunity and led the rest of the race. Bottas got another podium finish which is two in a row. Third place went to Daniel Ricciardo.
A first lap accident with Ferrari and Williams left the race on hold for one hour. A single file safety car restart left a dull race for a while. They were able to make a race out of it anyway.
