VETTEL, 2ND - MERCEDES MANAGEMENT - HAMILTON, 1ST - BOTTAS, 3RD
For a Canadian race this race was pretty ho-hum. The biggest excitement was at the beginning when Vettel jumped out in front of the pack. He kept it for a while, but lost it during a pit stop. He only made two stops, but Hamilton and Bottas did it in just one stop. Hard to do. Hamilton got the lead and kept it for the win. Vettel followed in second and Bottas third. Bottas did a fine job.
Hulkenberg came in 8th and Massa did not finish. The American team, Haas, finished in 13th and 14th. Gutierrez then Grosjean.
