Here in Cyprus oil is all the rage. The government feels that is is the answer to there 'money pit' problem. They intent to start offshore drilling as soon as possible while the real answer lies all around the island. Water! Salt water! Maybe the salt isn't dense enough, but they could try something with this guy and make waves.
