FORMULA ONE IN BELGIUM

Daniel Ricciardo has done it again, three wins this season. A win in a race that saw many changes in all positions. If the race had been two laps longer the results would have been different. Second went to Nico Rosberg who was clipping two seconds a lap off of Ricciardo’s lead, two more laps would have done it. Vallerti Bottas came in third for another podium finish. He is having a good season and will be one to watch in the future.

Biggest disappointment of the day was that Rosberg bumped his teammate, Hamilton, giving him a flat tire which cost him any good position and he retired in the end. The story goes that Rosberg did it on purpose. Whoa! This isn’t NASCAR where a bump and a smack can go unnoticed. This is open-wheel where such a stunt could have fatal results. My disappointment comes from the fact that I like Rosberg and this will cost him the respect that he has worked so hard for.
