1955 AUSTIN HEALEY

Light blue Arizona Roadster with blue interior with grey piping. Complete older restoration which has been updated with new Moss Motors interior, paint respray, and some mechanical rebuilds such as overdrive rebuild, brakes, rubber, stainless steel exhaust. Very good chrome and aluminum. No rust. Complete with recovered top and side curtains, new tonneau, heater, wire wheels, drivers and workshop manuals and Heritage Certificate.
Previously rebuilt engine and transmission shifts well and runs excellent. Recent dry compression reading were: 135, 150, 135, and 130 pounds. Engine does not run hot or smoke nor does the cockpit which has heat resistant insulation.
Car is completely stock except for air horns and no turn signal switch. Engine was painted blue to match the car when it was rebuilt instead of the original army tank green. Matching numbers engine # 1B/232254. Car is titled as a 1955 but Heritage Certificate lists it as a May 1956 build delivered to Los Angeles, California.
Prospective purchasers are encouraged to drive and inspect the vehicle before purchase.
Car restoration is to driver quality and not Healey Concourse standards so the car is priced accordingly. Some paint and body imperfections.
