FORMULA ONE IN FRANCE

RAIKKONEN, 3RD - HAMILTON, 1ST - VERSTAPPEN, 2ND

They have been away from this track (Circuit Paul Ricard) for so many long I can't remember if it was 10 or 15 years. It is the world's oldest track having been in use since 1906...yes, 1906. It has been nicely redone even if it is next to an airport. Gone on this track are the gravel traps which may work here. In place of the gravel was paint, bright blue and red, very busy for the eyes. Hamilton got out in front and just kept pulling away. Verstappen was happy with second and Riakonen came in third.

Nico Hulkenburg finished in 9th place and the Haas Team finished a nice 6th and 11th.
